ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a newly created position reporting to the Head of Sales and sitting at the heart of the sales operation in their modern Eagle Street office. The purpose is straightforward: free up the Sales Executives to spend more time with customers by owning the front end of the inquiry journey and the contract administration that sits behind every sale.
Your mornings will be spent handling warm inbound enquiries by phone and email, qualifying genuine buying intent and connecting the right people with the sales team at the right moment. These are positive, unhurried conversations with an engaged customer base. There are no cold calls and no chasing disinterested leads.
Your afternoons shift to contracts. Home Purchase Agreements, prepared and distributed via DocuSign, tracked in HubSpot and managed on behalf of the sales team, alongside broader admin across the buyer journey.
This role is for someone who takes pride in being the organised, reliable backbone that keeps a sales team running well.
ABOUT YOU
- Proficient in HubSpot and DocuSign, essential from day one, not nice to have
- Strong communicator who builds rapport naturally, particularly with an older demographic
- Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing contract and admin volume alongside a busy phone environment
- Proactive mindset, if you spot a better way of doing something you will say so
- Experience in land lease or lifestyle communities or property development is a strong advantage
- Open to other backgrounds if HubSpot, DocuSign and admin skills are strong
- Full Australian work rights required
- Five days a week in the Eagle Street CBD office, no WFH from the outset
- Quarterly KPI incentives tied to contract output, not sales volume
