The Role
Working closely with senior investment professionals, you will be actively involved in:
- Financial modelling and credit analysis for senior and mezzanine real estate loans
- Supporting transaction structuring, due diligence and execution
- Preparing investment committee papers
- Assisting with portfolio management including covenant monitoring, drawdowns and performance tracking
- Liaising with external advisers (valuers, quantity surveyors, project managers, borrowers)
- Supporting ongoing asset and investment management initiatives
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in real estate finance, private credit, project finance, investments, or institutional banking
- Strong analytical capability
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a high-performing environment
- Genuine interest in real estate debt investing
