Join a prestigious retail property developer in their newly fitted out office in Double Bay. You will be working alongside a very friendly team in a busy office supporting their Head Office team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing reception, answering phone calls & greeting external guests
- Running errands such as collecting coffee and lunch orders
- Maintaining meeting rooms and ensure office is clean and well maintained
- Assist with catering requirements for meetings and events and other tasks as required
- Ensuring the kitchen, stationary and other office requirements are stocked
- Manage administrative tasks such as responding to emails, distribute incoming mail and filing paperwork
- Assisting the broader team as required with duties such as photocopying, printing and drafting correspondence
- Experience in a customer facing role, either in an office environment or retail environment is ideal
- Well presented, punctual, reliable, and welcoming demeanour as a key representative of the brand
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & other relevant software applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively & handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
