  • Join a highly respected not for profit business and be the warm, professional face of their front‑of‑house team. We’re partnering exclusively with our client to find an experienced Receptionist for a 4–5 week temporary assignment supporting their busy Administration Office.

    Reporting to the Office Management team, you’ll oversee daily reception operations and provide exceptional service to all. This role is heavily reception‑focused and ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, people‑centric environment.
    • Based in Rochedale
    • $38 per hour + super 
    • Immediate Start
    • 4-5 weeks
    • Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm 
    • Parking onsite available
      
    Key Responsibilities
    • Open reception and switchboard each morning.
    • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors.
    • Manage incoming calls, messages and general enquiries.
    • Coordinate mail, deliveries, stationery and consumables.
    • Maintain awareness of events and support general daily operations.
    • Assist Admin team with daily tasks.
      
    About You
    You’ll be someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and naturally brings calm, confidence and polish to every interaction.
    • Must hold a current valid Blue Card.
    • Display discretion, confidentiality and integrity at all times.
    • Build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships.
    • Be highly organised, efficient and committed to high administrative standards.
    • Remain calm and proactive during busy periods.
