We're seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a fast-growing financial technology business in Sydney CBD.
This is a true front-of-house role focused on creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while ensuring the office environment remains organised and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing meeting room arrivals and coordinating with internal staff
- Maintaining meeting rooms, kitchen and shared office areas
- Assisting with general office administration and upkeep
- Providing support to the wider team as required
- Previous reception or customer-facing experience
- Well-presented with strong communication skills
- Proactive, reliable and organised
- Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm
