We are seeking a Receptionist to support a well-established organisation at their head office! This is a great front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact and play a key part in ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the reception area and provide consistent administrative support across the business. You'll help create a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring both visitors and employees feel supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff
- Greet and assist guests, creating a warm and professional first impression
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
- Sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries and courier packages
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with day-to-day office organisation
- Maintain a tidy, presentable reception and shared spaces
- Provide general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with ad hoc office tasks as required
About You
- You're approachable, reliable and enjoy being the face of the office
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is ideal
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Well organised with the ability to manage tasks calmly and efficiently
- Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
