  • About the Role
    Our client is seeking a Reporting & Performance Analyst who enjoys working with managers, analysing complex datasets, and challenging information that doesn’t look right. This role focuses on delivering accurate portfolio reporting, supporting regulatory requirements including RG97, and improving automation and reporting efficiency across the broader team.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Produce accurate portfolio and regulatory reporting, including RG97
    • Collaborate with managers to verify data and resolve discrepancies
    • Maintain data integrity and undertake investigative analysis
    • Develop and improve automated reporting processes
    • Support wider enterprise reporting and insights initiatives
    About You
    • Experience in data, reporting or performance analysis within financial services
    • Comfortable working with managers and questioning assumptions
    • Solid SQL and Excel capability; automation skills highly regarded
    • Strong attention to detail with analytical problem‑solving skills
    • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment
