Join a leading not for profit during a period of growth and change. This role sits within Commercial Operations, focusing on building and optimising rosters.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain master rosters across multiple sites - (core duty)
- Translate Rosters of Care into practical staffing models
- Support new site set-ups and ongoing roster adjustments
- Partner with managers to improve roster efficiency and control costs
- Maintain and update rosters in Humanforce, working closely with Payroll
- Act as a go-to for Humanforce queries, troubleshooting and escalation
- Provide basic reporting and insights to support workforce decisions
- Ability to build rosters from scratch and adapt to changing needs (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience in NDIS, disability or aged care rostering - (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of roster building, EBAs and award compliance requirements
- Experience with Humanforce or similar workforce management tools (highly desirable)
- Confident working with operations, payroll and leadership teams
- Strong data interpretation skills
- 3-month contract with potential extension
