With a strong reputation for delivering tailored workforce programs and supporting employers across a range of industries, they are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business development activities across Queensland.
This is a commercially focused role where you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across an established and expanding market.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of sales performance across your region, building a strong pipeline of opportunities while strengthening existing client partnerships.
Working closely with operational, recruitment and leadership teams, you'll play a key role in shaping growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring clients receive exceptional workforce solutions that support their long-term business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned to growth objectives
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across target industries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close
- Growing and nurturing an active pipeline of opportunities
- Forecasting sales activity and reporting on performance against targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
- Representing the organisation at industry events, networking functions and market engagements
- Providing market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision making
About You
You are a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities. You enjoy being in the market, developing networks, and partnering with clients to solve workforce challenges.
You'll bring:
- Proven success in business development, account management or sales leadership roles
- Experience within workforce solutions, labour hire, recruitment, FMCG, agriculture, logistics, industrial services or related sectors
- Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
- The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-driven and results-focused approach
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers
