This is predominantly an inbound sales role, with leads generated through marketing, allowing you to focus on qualifying opportunities, converting customers and growing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound sales enquiries
- Build relationships with business owners across the transport industry
- Conduct phone based sales conversations and guide customers through the application process
- Manage applications from enquiry through to approval
- Provide ongoing customer support and account management
- Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities across multiple products
- Manage your own sales pipeline using HubSpot
- Take ownership of your workload and consistently achieve sales targets
You'll be someone who enjoys speaking with customers, can build rapport quickly and is comfortable managing a high volume pipeline.
You'll also bring:
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Strong phone based sales skills
- Experience managing your own pipeline
- A proactive, organised and self sufficient approach
- A commercial mindset and confidence discussing financial products
- CRM experience, ideally HubSpot
- Transport, freight or logistics industry experience
- Finance, lending experience
- Experience selling into SMEs
- Strong cross sell and upsell capability
