We are seeking a highly capable Senior Accountant to join a commercial infrastructure organisation, providing key financial insight and support across reporting, planning, and decision-making. The Role
Duties include but not limited to:
- Prepare financial and management reports to provide clear insights for decision-making
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and analysis as needed
- Analyse data for management and stakeholder reporting
- Deliver financial modelling and analytical support for projects and strategic decisions
- Drive process improvements across reporting, modelling and business analysis
- Manage capital accounting, fixed assets, WIP, disposals and lease entries
- Support tax lodgements and liaise with relevant teams to ensure compliance
- Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
- CA / CPA qualification
- Multiple years experience in a similar role, preferably within a medium to large commercial or corporate environment
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
