    The Company

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a high-performing finance team supporting through a period of change.

    This is a broad role combining financial control, fund accounting, and strong management accounting responsibilities. It will suit someone who enjoys working closely with operational and investment stakeholders while maintaining robust financial reporting and compliance standards.

    The Role

    As Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, performance analysis, and commercial insights across property and trust structures.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods
    • Providing performance insights across property portfolios 
    • Partnering with investment and operational teams to support decision-making
    • Managing balance sheet reconciliations for property entities
    • Maintaining lease incentive registers and amortisation schedules
    • Preparing BAS returns and supporting tax compliance requirements
    • Forecasting and monitoring cash flows, including loan schedule management
    • Supporting year-end processes including audit coordination and statutory reporting
    • Accounting for property acquisitions and disposals, including settlement adjustments
    About You

    You are a proactive and commercially minded accountant with strong technical foundations and ideally with experience in property, trust, or fund environments.

    You will demonstrate:
    • CA or CPA qualification
    • 4+ years experience in financial and/or management accounting
    • Experience in real estate, property, or investment structures
    • Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards
    • Experience preparing management reporting packs and variance analysis
    • Cash flow forecasting and budgeting experience
    • Strong balance sheet reconciliation and financial control skills
    • Exposure to BAS and tax compliance processes
    • Advanced Excel skills (modelling and structured reporting)
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
