Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, however not be limited to;
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Maintain the GL - b/s reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
- Oversee treasury operations/cash flow reporting
- Fixed assets
- GST/BAS
- FBT
- Payroll Tax/Workers Comp lodgement
- Consolidated year-end financial statements
- Liaise with auditors
- Projects/process improvement
- Adhoc duties as required
You will be CPA/CA qualified, with a couple of years experience post qualifying. It will be highly regarded if you started your career in a chartered (audit or business services) environment.
You will have advanced excel skills, a high attention to detail and outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal. You will have a passion to work within the media industry!
