Due to internal movements they are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team on an initial 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Prepare BAS and support tax-related submissions
- Monitor cash flow, debtors, and overall financial health
- Prepare journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Manage intercompany transactions and reporting
- 2–3 years experience in a similar Senior Accountant role
- Experience with Xero
- Immediately available to start
