A leading, large-scale organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Performance & Analytics professional to join a high-performing finance team focused on insight, modelling and commercial decision support.
This is a long term contract running through until April 2027, best suited to someone who can start at short notice.
The Role
This role sits within a specialist FP&A function that partners closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial analysis, models and value-adding insights that influence enterprise-wide outcomes.
Duties include:
- Acting as a trusted finance business partner, providing analytical insight and decision support to internal stakeholders
- Building, maintaining and enhancing financial and data models to support forecasting, scenario analysis and business initiatives
- Delivering value-add analysis across revenue, fees and performance metrics to support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
- Supporting end-to-end financial modelling governance, ensuring accuracy, transparency and audit readiness
- Reviewing data integrity and processes to ensure outputs are fit-for-purpose and reliable
- Identifying and implementing improvements to financial models, analytics and reporting processes
- Collaborating with finance, technology and operations teams to improve data quality and commercial outcomes
- Ideally tertiary qualified in finance or Accounting
- Multiple years' experience in FP&A, financial analytics, modelling or commercial finance
- Strong background in financial modelling, scenario analysis and Finance Business Partnering
- Advanced Excel capability, with exposure to BI and data tools (e.g. Power Query / Power BI or similar)
- Comfortable working with large data sets and complex financial systems (ERP / planning tools)
- Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and translating numbers into insights
- Naturally curious, analytical and motivated by continuous improvement
