Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll processes
- Provide guidance and support to an offshore team
- Onboard new clients and implement efficient systems
- Act as a trusted advisor for client queries and compliance matters
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy
- 4+ years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance operations
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Xero and confident with Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused environment
