We are partnering with a well-regarded boutique wealth management firm to find a Senior Client Service professional for their growing team. Operating under their own AFSL, this firm is known for the quality and complexity of their client base spanning high-net-worth individuals, SMSF, and insurance strategies.
This is a career CS role in the truest sense. If you take genuine pride in the craft of client service and are looking for a firm where you can put down roots and do great work long-term, this one is worth a conversation.
The Role
You'll work with a defined portfolio of clients, providing seamless implementation and ongoing administration support to a team of experienced advisers. There are no direct reports, and you won't be managing offshore staff. This is a focused, autonomous role where you're trusted to get on with it.
The team is going through a period of process improvement, so there's real opportunity for the right person to contribute meaningfully to how things are done, not just maintain the status quo.
