Reporting into the Finance Manager of this high profile property group, this is a varied, commercial role, supporting the property development function.
You will act as a key business partner to the operational development team, in delivering budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis/insights & scenario modelling.
You'll also deliver project financial performance reporting, including commentary, continuous improvement initiatives, internal controls/compliance and other ad hoc reporting and analysis.
You are an ambitious CA or CPA qualified Senior Accountant or Senior Analyst, with strength across both financial control and FP&A (including operational stakeholder management and analysis). And you'll ideally have experience in real estate.
