We are partnering with a leading Australian organisation operating within a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment to appoint a Senior Business Analyst. This is a highly visible position reporting to the CFO and working closely with senior operational and executive leaders across the business.

This role will suit an experienced analyst who enjoys getting close to operations, understanding key business drivers, and delivering insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.
The Role
Partnering with the CFO and broader leadership team, responsibilities will include:
- Delivering commercial analysis and actionable insights to support business performance
- Partnering with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and senior leadership stakeholders
- Developing financial models, forecasts, budgets, and business cases
- Analysing operational, production, yield, cost, and profitability metrics
- Supporting executive reporting and strategic planning processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability
- Providing meaningful analysis to support investment, growth, and operational initiatives
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting, planning, and decision-support frameworks
We are particularly interested in candidates who have operated within:
- Agribusiness
- Manufacturing
- FMCG
- Food production
- Industrial or processing environments
- Other complex operational businesses
- Proven experience in business analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to BI and reporting tools highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
- A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in understanding operational drivers
- Relevant qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Direct exposure to the CFO and executive leadership team
