Reporting into an energetic CEO and with the support of a talented Commercial Analyst, this Senior Commercial Manager role is the strategic eyes and ears of the company, holding responsibility for championing commercial outcomes for the business.
Your remit will be wide-ranging and will include the following;
- Strategic planning, including development of business cases, investment proposals and complex financial modelling
- Owning the budgeting cycle
- Partnering with all facets of the business, including sales, marketing, wholesale and e-commerce
- Reviewing & delivering commercial insights and sophisticated board reporting
- Creating & implementing commercial strategies around pricing, business intelligence & data
- Leading digital transformation, systems improvements & ongoing continuous process improvement
You are a passionate senior commercial finance leader, with a proven track record in informing critical business decisions through the delivery of clear & effective strategic decision support. You'll have highly developed skills in 3 way financial modelling, budgeting and data analysis, from within a fast-paced, dynamic company environment.
Experience in the FMCG, wholesale or e-commerce sector would be highly regarded, whilst outstanding communication and operational business partnering skills are essential.
