As growth continues, they are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to play a key role within their Commercial Credit team.

The Opportunity
Working within a highly regarded Commercial Credit team, you'll assess and manage a broad range of commercial lending transactions while partnering closely with brokers, Business Development Managers and senior stakeholders.

This is a true commercial lending role, providing exposure to increasingly complex transactions and the opportunity to influence lending decisions within an agile, growing business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing complex commercial lending and asset finance transactions
• Analysing financial statements, cash flow, servicing capacity and security structures
• Preparing high-quality credit submissions and recommendations
• Structuring commercial lending solutions alongside brokers and internal stakeholders
• Applying sound commercial judgement while balancing risk and customer outcomes
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the credit team where appropriate
• Managing a high-volume lending pipeline while maintaining exceptional credit quality

About You
You'll be an experienced commercial credit professional with a strong track record of making balanced lending decisions across commercial lending facilities.

You may currently be working as a:

• Senior Credit Analyst
• Commercial Credit Manager
• Senior Commercial Lending Analyst
• Senior Business Banking Credit Analyst
• Senior Asset Finance Credit Analyst

You'll bring:

• Extensive experience assessing commercial lending transactions
• Strong financial analysis and credit writing capability
• The ability to interpret complex financial information and business structures
• Excellent commercial judgement and risk assessment skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability
• A collaborative approach and genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing team
