The Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you will act as a senior finance partner across key divisions, working directly with GMs and MD-level stakeholders.
This is not a reporting role - it’s about influence, insight, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders across multiple divisions
- Build business cases and support contract negotiations/renewals
- Provide commercial insights to drive performance
- Work closely with leadership on strategic decision-making
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes (led by FP&A leader)
- Engage with complex, contract-driven revenue environments
- High visibility with senior operational stakeholders
- Exposure to a complex, multi-division business
- Opportunity to shape commercial decision-making in a growing organisation
- Work alongside an evolving FP&A function backed by strong leadership
- Proven experience in a true business partnering role
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments
- Ideally experienced in contract-heavy or project-based businesses
- Someone who enjoys being at this level and influencing outcomes
- Flexible culture (office-led but not policy-driven)
- Travel optional (operational exposure encouraged)
