Reporting to the General Manager Finance, you will partner closely with the Construction business to deliver high‑quality financial control, statutory and management reporting, and provide commercially insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong financial control and trusted business partnering to senior Construction stakeholders
- Lead forecasting, business plan, board and executive reporting processes
- Own half‑year and year‑end reporting, including group consolidation and audit coordination
- Ensure accurate, timely and compliant internal and external financial reporting
- Coordinate reporting timetables across the Construction business
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support finance transformation
- Oversee offshore finance team (Wipro), including SLA management
- Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members
- CA or CPA qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in financial control, statutory reporting or consolidations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercially minded, proactive and outcomes‑focused
- Experience in construction or property environments preferred
