This divisional Senior Finance Manager will see you managing a high performing team of Accountants. In doing so, you'll be responsible for overseeing the periodic P&L reporting and analysis for a portfolio of assets, as well as driving budgeting and forecasting.

You will also work closely with key stakeholders to ensure a high level of operational business partnering, in order to influence and aid commercial decision making. Additionally you'll have key input into the evaluation of tenders, on-boarding of new acquisitions, identification of and input into process improvement initiatives and other duties as and when required.

You are a CA or CPA qualified senior finance professional, with a strong business partnering / FP&A pedigree and recent, extensive staff management experience within a commercial property environment.

Finally, you'll have exceptional people skills, matched by your appetite to drive change and ability to influence multi-discipline stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
