  • 12 month contract (immediate start)
  • Working across FP&A and Financial control
  • CBD based role, attractive remuneration, WFH flexibility
  • Rare opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join the Investment Management business of this leading ASX listed property group on an initial 12 month contract. 

    Working closely with the General Manager Finance across FP&A and Financial Control, you'll be central to how the Investment Management leadership team understands and drives business performance.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Own management reporting for Investment Management, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
    • Lead portfolio reporting and analysis, understanding key assumptions and drivers behind forecasts and plans
    • Support the team in modelling fund and asset portfolio scenarios and ad hoc analytics
    • Provide commercial finance support to the Australian Investmnt Management business, including business case development and driving P&L accountability
    • Lead half-year and year-end management reporting in line with Group timelines
    • Coordinate ad hoc analytics, reports and requests to support timely, informed decision-making
    • Manage and develop one direct report, while engaging with a wider onshore and offshore team
    • Play a key role in finance transformation activities, including ownership of financial reporting information through a broader systems transformation
    • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support efficient information exchange
    What you'll bring:
    • CA/CPA qualified with strong current technical accounting knowledge
    • Demonstrated skills in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering — turning data into insight
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight timelines
    • Strong working knowledge of TM1 and Oracle; Alteryx experience is a plus
