This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a tight-knit, high quality group finance team, under the guidance of an outstanding senior leadership team.
Reporting into the Group FC and with the support of a small team, you will be responsible for consolidated ASX Statutory Reporting, FP&A including variance analysis, budgeting & forecasting and oversight of all financial regulatory & tax compliance obligations.
Additionally you'll play a critical role in the provision of technical accounting advice in support of corporate transactions, acquisitions, disposals, debt agreements and equity raising initiatives. Whilst you'll have regular interaction with the ExCo and input into Board meetings.
You are CA (or CPA) qualified, Big 4 or mid-tier trained, with extensive mid-large cap ASX audit and/or reporting experience. You could be making your 1st move into commerce at a Manager or Senior Manager level, or otherwise have already been working in a similar ASX group reporting capacity. Real estate or funds management experience will be well-regarded, though not essential.
Finally you're an excellent communicator, with high-level critical-thinking capability and an appetite to grow your knowledge base in a dynamic and supportive listed corporate.
