This newly created Senior Financial Accountant role sits at the center of that change. This role has the opportunity to progress to Finance Manager in the business short to medium term.
The Opportunity
You’ll step into a true group-level role, owning complex financial deliverables while working closely with senior leadership. This is a rare chance to operate as the lead technical accountant under a strong FC, with direct exposure to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of financial statements and group reporting
- Technical accounting (standards, compliance, complex transactions)
- Supporting ERP implementation
- Involvement in acquisitions and integration (local + international)
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Oversight and mentoring of junior finance staff
- General ledger ownership and balance sheet integrity
- Exposure to PE-backed growth and acquisition activity
- Hands-on role in ERP transformation
- Direct mentorship from high-performing finance leaders
- Broad scope across a multi-entity global group
- CA/CPA qualified
- Big 4 or strong mid-tier training background
- Experience in commercial environment (ideally 2–5+ years)
- Strong technical accounting capability
- Ambitious, adaptable, and comfortable in a changing environment
