We are partnering with a well-established business with a strong national presence and reputation in the market. Following a recent acquisition, the business is continuing through a strong growth phase and is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join the team on an initial 3–6 month contract, with potential to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
- Oversee revenue accounting across multiple sites/venues, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities
- Support consolidation processes for group reporting requirements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as required
- Prepare statutory accounts and support year-end audit processes
- 2–3 year's experience in a similar Senior Financial Accountant role
- CPA/CA Qualified is preferred
