We're partnering with a growing financial services business that supports a diverse portfolio of listed and private organisations. Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team and manage a varied client portfolio while leading a small team on a 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of client relationships, acting as a trusted finance partner.
- Review and oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Ensure clients remain compliant with statutory and taxation obligations.
- Coordinate annual audit processes and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a positive team culture.
- Provide commercial insights to help clients make informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiencies.
- CA or CPA qualified with several year's experience in financial accounting, business services or an outsourced finance environment.
- BIG 4 or mid-tier Chartered Accounting Background
- Xero experience a plus
