We are partnering with a well-established and high-performing business with a strong presence across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Due to a major project, they are seeking an experienced FP&A / Financial Analyst to join the team on a 14-month fixed-term contract.
The Opportunity
An exciting Senior Group FP&A Analyst role has been created to support group-wide forecasting, budgeting and strategic initiatives.
Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager, you will partner closely with senior leaders across finance and operations, gaining exposure to executive-level reporting and decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Group forecasting across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Consolidation of budgets and long-term forecasts
- Preparation of executive and Board reporting packs
- Business partnering to analyse performance, risks and opportunities
- Capital and funding analysis support
- Ad hoc commercial analysis and project reporting
- Identify and drive improvements to FP&A processes
- Background in FP&A, Financial Analyst or Commercial Analyst roles
- 3+ years’ experience in a commercial finance environment
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel
- CA/CPA (or working towards) preferred
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
