Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for group reporting, consolidations, statutory compliance and supporting the delivery of accurate financial information to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual group financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance and insightful analysis
- Manage the group consolidation process across multiple entities, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements and ASX reporting requirements
- Lead the external audit process, coordinating requests and maintaining strong relationships with auditors
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring reporting deadlines are consistently met
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making
- Assist with treasury, cash flow and balance sheet management activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting, controls and finance processes
- Support technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
About You:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Initial Experience from a Big 4 or Mid-Tier CA firm
- Additional Experience in a commercial business
- Exposure to consolidations, financial statement prep, statutory reporting and audit management
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and motivated to drive process improvements
