You'll be instrumental in establishing core HR infrastructure, while maintaining full adherence to local workplace regulations.
The Role:
- Drive strategic workforce initiatives across the organisation
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders on talent planning and organisational evolution
- Design and implement adaptable HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Maintain comprehensive compliance with Fair Work regulations, modern awards, and Australian workplace law
- Spearhead workplace health and safety initiatives and programs
- Establish systems that enable compliant, sustainable, and culture-driven growth
- Foster an environment of inclusion and excellence throughout all business units
- Manage performance frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs
- Direct comprehensive talent acquisition strategy from planning through execution
- Deploy technology solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness
- Work closely with department leaders on successful integration and development of new team members
- 5-7 years’ experience
- Deep understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and industrial instruments
- Substantial expertise in workplace health and safety frameworks and rollout
- Background in emerging or accelerated-growth businesses with evolving infrastructure
- Outstanding analytical thinking and relationship management capabilities
