This is a genuine portfolio-facing role within a well-established platform, offering exposure across domestic and global real estate investments.
You will work across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, Investment Committee papers, portfolio oversight and asset class strategy.
The team is high calibre, commercially sharp and collaborative, with strong internal capability and a clear long-term investment approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and execute real estate investment opportunities (funds, co-investments)
- Build and review detailed financial models to support investment decisions
- Prepare high-quality Investment Committee and Board materials
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk and key value drivers
- Support asset class strategy and portfolio construction
- Circa 7–12+ years’ experience in real estate investment, private markets, funds management or advisory
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience supporting or presenting to senior stakeholders / Investment Committees
- Commercial mindset with the ability to form and articulate an investment view
- Strong communication skills and collaborative working style
