Our long standing client is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their Alternatives team within Investment Operations. This role supports the accurate and timely execution of post‑trade activities across private debt, credit, fixed income and other alternative asset classes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, managing risk, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for fund managers and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate trades across multiple alternative asset classes
- Complete cash, position and unit pricing reconciliations accurately
- Manage corporate actions, income events and settlements
- Investigate and resolve operational exceptions and breaks
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
- 3+ years’ experience in investment operations, ideally in fixed income or private debt
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to pick up new processes quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to tools like Bloomberg or IRESS
