Our client is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Performance Analyst to take ownership of the preparation, quality assurance and delivery of critical investment performance reports. This role plays a key part in uplifting the reporting ecosystem through automation, data integration, and advanced analytics, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technical capability with investment insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate daily, weekly and monthly investment performance reports
- Collaborate with custodians and data providers to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyse performance drivers and produce clear commentary for stakeholders
- Enhance reporting through automation, BI tools and AI integrations
- Support cross‑training across performance, unit pricing and regulatory reporting
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or similar
- 5–10 years’ investment performance analytics experience in super or funds management
- Strong ETL, SQL and API integration skills
- Proficiency with Python or similar for data workflows
- Experienced using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and performance engines (e.g., FactSet, MSCI)
