About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing across a large employee base
- Support payroll compliance across awards, EBAs and legislative requirements
- Work closely with HR, Finance and external stakeholders
- Participate in Workday payroll projects, including UAT testing
- Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience within medium to large organisations
- Previous Workday exposure, including UAT/testing experience is essential
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
- Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Immediately available or short notice preferred
