  • About the Role
    This Senior Advisor role is a key opportunity to shape and mature workforce reporting and analytics capability within a large, purpose-driven organisation. Sitting within People & Culture, you will lead the development of reporting frameworks, uplift data maturity, and deliver meaningful insights that support workforce strategy and organisational performance.
      
    You’ll move beyond simply producing reports, interpreting workforce data, identifying trends, and providing clear, commercially relevant recommendations to support better decision-making at scale.
      
    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and deliver workforce dashboards, reporting and insights
    • Build and standardise reporting frameworks, metrics and definitions
    • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
    • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities
    • Present clear, actionable insights to leaders and support decision-making
    About You
    • Proven experience in people analytics, HR reporting or workforce insights
    • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and working with HRIS data
    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, simple insights
    • Hands-on approach with strong stakeholder engagement capability
    • Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and recommendations
