  • About the Role
    This role is responsible for leading the development of a connected, consistent and insight-led people reporting function. You will own the reporting suite, delivering monthly metrics, initiative reporting and strategic insights that support governance and decision-making. Working closely with People & Culture leaders and Data team, you’ll go beyond the data, drilling into the “why” behind trends and shaping clear, structured narratives that inform action and improve outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver enterprise-wide people reporting, insights and analysis
    • Develop and embed reporting frameworks, templates and standards
    • Draft clear, action-oriented narratives for leadership reporting
    • Partner with leaders to define metrics and refine reporting outputs
    • Identify trends, risks and opportunities to support people strategy
    About You
    • Experience in People & Culture reporting, insights or workforce analytics
    • Strong ability to translate data into meaningful narratives and actions
    • Background in people strategy or HR transformation environments
    • Skilled stakeholder partner with experience influencing leaders
    • Strong understanding of data, metrics and reporting frameworks
