  • Perigon Group is partnering with a global organisation operating within a highly regulated and complex environment to appoint a Senior Manager - Records & Information Management into a key leadership role within their Assurance, Risk & Compliance function. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Records & Information Management professional to lead enterprise-wide governance, compliance and records maturity initiatives across a large-scale operational environment.

The organisation is continuing to evolve and mature its records and information management capability, creating an opportunity for someone who enjoys building frameworks, influencing stakeholders and driving practical, long-term improvement across both digital and physical records environments.

    - Lead gap analysis and remediation activities to improve records maturity and operational alignment
    - Partner with business, operational and digital teams to improve lifecycle management and records accessibility
    - Oversee records systems, vendor engagement and associated governance obligations
    - Deliver stakeholder engagement, training and change initiatives to support organisation-wide adoption and uplift
    - Provide strategic recommendations, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to senior leadership

    About You

You are an experienced Records & Information Management professional with strong governance and compliance capability developed within complex or highly regulated environments.
You will bring the ability to influence stakeholders, lead programs of work and implement practical solutions that balance operational needs with legislative and governance requirements.
    You will also bring:
    - Experience leading records and information management initiatives within large or complex organisations
    - Strong understanding of retention schedules, lifecycle management, governance and audit requirements
    - Experience developing policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
    - Exposure to EDRMS platforms and records management technologies
    - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and operational teams
    - Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in evolving environments
    - Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

    About the role

    - Rare opportunity to lead enterprise-wide governance and records maturity initiatives
    - Join a globally recognised organisation operating within a complex and highly technical environment
    - High-autonomy role with strong leadership support and future growth potential
