We’re partnering with a growing beauty brand that is looking for an immediately available Social Media & Community Specialist to step into a short-term assignment while they recruit permanently for the role.

About the Role
Working closely with the marketing and brand team, you will support the day-to-day execution of social media activity and community engagement across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Managing community engagement including comments, inboxes and customer interaction
- Assisting with influencer and partnership coordination
- Supporting content shoots, campaign launches and product promotions
- Monitoring social trends, competitor activity and emerging beauty trends
- Tracking engagement and assisting with social reporting and insights
- Ensuring consistent brand tone and aesthetic across all channels
- Previous experience in a Social Media, Content, Community or Digital Marketing role
- Passion for beauty, lifestyle and social media trends
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practice
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground running
- Immediately available and able to commit to a 4–6 week assignment
