A large, established financial services organisation is seeking a Superannuation Data Analyst to support their team on an initial 6 Month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension.
This role suits someone with experience in superannuation, pensions or financial services operations who enjoys working with data and supporting process‑driven work.
The Role
- Managing end‑to‑end administration for defined benefit members and high‑value employers
- Preparing benefit calculations, exit documentation and supporting actuarial reporting
- Reviewing, analysing and correcting complex member and employer data issues
- Supporting reconciliations, contribution processing and employer invoicing queries
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex operational and data‑related issues
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including relationship and employer teams
- Maintaining strong data quality through exception monitoring and issue resolution
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and transitions of new plans into BAU
- Providing guidance, coaching and quality oversight to support consistent service delivery
About You
- Experience in financial services, superannuation or pension operations
- Knowledge of the defined benefit scheme will be helpful
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
- The ability to follow processes while meeting deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
