About the role
This is a hands on role sitting across inventory management and logistics, supporting end to end supply chain operations in a fast paced, multi stakeholder environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth product flow, accurate inventory management and efficient coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment coordination and documentation
- Monitoring shipment status and liaising with 3PL providers and customs agents
- Supporting inventory management, stock reconciliation and reporting
- Maintaining accurate stock data across ERP and warehouse systems
- Assisting with item master data and system updates
- Supporting month end processes including inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Providing general support across supply chain operations and ongoing projects
- 2 to 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory focused roles
- Experience within FMCG, retail, pharma, beverage or similar product based environments
- Strong understanding of inventory processes and supply chain operations
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or similar
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across stakeholders
