I'm partnering with a highly successful Australian-owned consumer brand with a global footprint to recruit a Supply & Demand Planner to join their Brisbane Head Office. With products sold through some of the world's leading retailers and distribution networks spanning multiple countries, this is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring products are available where and when customers need them.
Reporting to an experienced and highly supportive Head of Demand Planning, you'll join a collaborative team where you'll have genuine exposure to the broader business, working closely with operations, sales, marketing, suppliers and business owners.

About the Role
This is a broad planning role that combines both supply and demand planning responsibilities. You'll be responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, supporting production planning and ensuring stock availability across multiple global locations. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll help identify risks, solve supply challenges and support the successful launch of new products and promotions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing demand forecasts and inventory plans across multiple channels
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying supply risks and opportunities
- Coordinating production schedules and supplier requirements
- Supporting product launches, promotional activity and seasonal planning
- Working closely with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure stock availability
- Maintaining planning data and reporting through Excel-based models
- Contributing to inventory optimisation initiatives and reducing excess stock
- Supporting cross-functional planning discussions across the business
We're open to candidates from a variety of industries including retail, consumer goods, ecommerce, fashion, beauty or FMCG. To be successful, you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory planning or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large data sets
- Experience managing forecasts, inventory or replenishment activities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
