Join a dynamic company in Sydney CBD as their Systems Accountant! Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of ERP and BI systems while acting as the critical bridge between finance, technology, and operations.

As our Systems Accountant, you'll drive financial system transformation:
- Program Management- Oversee the full ERP and BI rollout from planning through to launch and stabilization
- Platform Configuration- Build system structures including accounting hierarchies, workflows, controls, and reporting frameworks
- Stakeholder Coordination- Partner with vendors and business teams to deliver project milestones on schedule
- Testing & Migration- Lead UAT, data conversion, system verification, and transition execution
- User Training- Drive adoption through training delivery, documentation, and change management
- Solution Design- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs
- Process Automation- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention
- Financial Reporting- Develop dashboards and analytics to support commercial decision-making
- Data Integrity- Ensure accuracy of financial information across integrated systems
- Documentation- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and audit-ready procedures
- 3-5 years' experience in systems accounting, ERP implementation, or finance transformation
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Microsoft Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI experience highly regarded
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems (CPA/CA preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
