Our client is seeking an experienced System Administrator to support and sustain highly secure, high‑availability environments. This role sits within a specialist delivery team responsible for administering complex systems across compute, storage, networking and end‑user services. Based in Brisbane, you’ll play a hands‑on role supporting critical infrastructure where security, reliability and performance are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments in secure networks
- Support identity, access management and multi‑factor authentication
- Monitor system performance and contribute to capacity planning
- Manage backup, recovery and system hardening activities
- Provide technical support and contribute to clear system documentation
- Proven experience administering Windows and Linux environments
- Background supporting security‑focused or high‑assurance systems
- Experience with virtualisation, storage and enterprise infrastructure
- Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills
- NV2 security clearance and Australian citizenship
