This System Administrator role is responsible for supporting a multi-site, predominantly on-premise environment of approximately 120 users. You’ll play a key role in maintaining stability across core systems while contributing to ongoing improvements and modernisation initiatives. With increased investment in IT, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact on infrastructure and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support on-prem infrastructure across multiple sites
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows Server
- Provide Level 2 support and resolve complex technical issues
- Manage backups, patching, and overall system performance
- Support infrastructure upgrades and improvement initiatives
- 2–4 years’ experience in systems administration or L2 support
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory experience
- Experience supporting multi-site environments
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive mindset
