We're partnering with a long-established Australian organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their collaborative People & Culture team. Supporting hiring across a national business, you'll enjoy plenty of variety, the autonomy to manage your own workload and the opportunity to influence the candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.

The Opportunity
Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you'll coordinate end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of positions spanning both operational and corporate functions. You'll become the go-to person for recruitment, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment across a high-volume portfolio of vacancies
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Preparing employment contracts and offer documentation
- Supporting onboarding and ensuring a positive candidate journey
- Maintaining recruitment systems, talent pipelines and reporting
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers across the business
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives, careers events and talent attraction activities
You'll already have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced managing high-volume recruitment across blue and white-collar roles
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with ease
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
- Experienced using an ATS
- Professional, proactive and genuinely passionate about creating a great candidate experience
