Our client is a national organisation located across Australia and has a well-established head office based in Brisbane.
Due to an increase in recruitment activity across their locations, they are seeking immediate temporary support within their Talent Acquisition team. This contract role will see the successful candidate step into a busy environment, managing recruitment needs across multiple sites nationally and partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver timely outcomes.
This role will suit a Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys being hands-on, is adaptable, and can hit the ground running in a supportive but busy team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations nationally
- Partnering with operational leaders to move vacancies efficiently
- Coordinating interviews, offers and pre-employment checks
- Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new starters
- Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
About you:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident partnering with stakeholders and providing recruitment advice
- Able to start immediately and add value quickly in a temporary capacity
