An opportunity is available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to step into a fast paced, hands on 4 week temporary assignment based in Murarrie.
Due to an increase in workload and a strong internal focus on keeping vacancy levels low across national operations, this role will provide immediate recruitment and onboarding support across multiple sites throughout Australia.
This is an in office position requiring someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage end to end recruitment processes at pace.
The Role
You will partner closely with operational leaders and HR to:
- Manage end to end recruitment across multiple sites nationally
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to reduce vacancy timeframes
- Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding processes efficiently
- Support hiring managers with best practice recruitment advice
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience
- Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across geographically dispersed teams
- Highly organised with the ability to work at pace
- Available immediately and able to commit to a 4 week assignment
