    Are you a proactive recruitment professional looking to make a strategic impact?

    We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to drive end-to-end recruitment within a high performing team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role focused on supporting a key project through to the end of the year, with a strong emphasis on recruiting support workers. You'll play a critical role in ensuring we attract, engage, and onboard talent efficiently while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
     
    In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to onboarding. You will be instrumental in shaping the candidate journey, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and building talent pipelines to support ongoing workforce demands.

     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume support worker roles
    • Conduct phone screenings and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements
    • Coordinate interviews, including booking and managing MS Teams meetings
    • Engage with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new hires
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity tracking
    • Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint
    • Contribute to talent pooling and pipeline development for future hiring needs

    You're an organised and driven recruiter who thrives in a high-volume environment. You are confident engaging with stakeholders and candidates alike, and you bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment.
     
    • Proven experience in high-volume or agency/internal recruitment
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
    • Confident using MS Teams and recruitment systems/ATS
    • Proactive, resilient, and able to work at pace
