    Join a well-established not-for-profit organisation as a Team Administrator to support their Students and Volunteers team.
     
    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation where you'll play a key role in coordinating volunteer and student programs, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
     
    What you'll be doing
    • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of students and volunteers
    • Manage candidate and volunteer records within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
    • Support volunteer matching and program coordination across the organisation
    • Coordinate meetings, communications and stakeholder engagement
    • Assist with volunteer recognition initiatives and engagement activities
    • Manage compliance processes, including probity checks and renewals
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
    • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
    About you
    You'll be an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
     
    You'll also bring:
    • Previous administration, HR administration or recruitment coordination experience
    • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Experience using HRIS systems (Workday highly regarded)
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
    • A proactive, customer-focused approach
